Delivery and exchanges
Every HERELLE order is Cash on Delivery, packed plainly and brought to your door by courier.

Cash on Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. The courier may call you to arrange delivery.
The delivery fee and the order value for free delivery are shown in your bag before you confirm.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within a couple of working days. Delivery then typically takes a few working days depending on your city, and can take longer in remote areas or around public holidays.
Plain packaging
Parcels are sealed and unmarked, with no product description on the outside.
Tracking an order
Enter your order number and the mobile number you ordered with to see where your parcel is.
Exchanges
If a size or fit is not right, you can exchange unworn items with their tags attached within 7 days of delivery. This window is a draft and will be confirmed before launch.
To request an exchange, write to us with your order number using the contact details in the footer and we will arrange the rest.
- For hygiene reasons, panties and any worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
Refunds
Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are handled as an exchange or as store credit. This is a draft and will be confirmed before launch.
